Bei uns im „Scheidts“ wird täglich frisch und mit Liebe gebacken und gekocht. Alle unsere Produkte sind hausgemacht. Dabei verzichten wir komplett auf Konservierungsstoffe und künstliche Aromen. Zudem achten wir auf regionalen und bewussten Einkauf und auf die saisonale Obst und Frischevielfalt. Für uns stehen Nachhaltigkeit und der reine Geschmack im Mittelpunkt. Unsere Kuchen- und Tortenvielfalt wechselt täglich. Alle unsere Produkte werden täglich frisch von Hand in unserer hauseigenen Backmanufaktur zubereitet! Very tasty cakes and pies. It is worth stopping by to have a snack there. The café is an asset to the place and a nice destination for a Sunday stroll.

Very cozy cafe and wine tavern. Very nice interior and very nice owner, with whom you can talk very nicely. Lots of delicious homemade cakes and pies. The small menu is also promising. We will come more often. Keep it up!

We were there with a group of 12 cyclists on a multi-day tour. I came across the small restaurant by chance, but I liked it a lot. The owner even opened earlier for us so that our schedule fits. Everyone was more than satisfied with the hearty meal. There are rather simpler dishes, but these are well prepared. Then everyone treated themselves to a piece of cake for dessert. They were great too, you could tell that the desserts were all homemade. When I'm around sometime, I'll definitely go back.

The café and wine bar is an asset to the place! Great atmosphere and the owners are super personable. The cakes and pies are awesome! The wine is great too! Definitely go there!

Very delicious cakes (large selection!) And very nice owners. Nice for a break on a hike or bike ride through the Lahn Valley or the Esterau.
